Refund Eligibility
Before Script Approval:
If you choose to cancel your project before approving the script and selecting the model/influencer/artist, you are eligible for a full refund of any payments made.
After Script Approval:
Once the script and model/influencer/artist have been approved, no refunds will be issued. This includes but is not limited to cases where the client requests a change in the approved script or talent.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Finalized Approvals:
Once you approve the script and the model/influencer/artist, the production process begins, and all payments become non-refundable.
Creative Differences:
Refunds will not be granted for creative differences once the project is underway and aligned with the approved script and selections.
Delays Beyond Our Control:
Refunds are not provided for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as unforeseen circumstances affecting the talent or technical issues.
Exceptional Circumstances
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill the project due to internal reasons (e.g., availability of the chosen model/influencer/artist), we will:
Offer a suitable replacement for your approval.
Provide a partial or full refund based on the stage of the project.
